BEST PROGRAM TO IMPROVE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
Cognizant’s Intuitive Operations and Automation employs cutting-edge tech like analytics and AI for its framework. High intermediate English proficiency was mandated, prompting a program to meet knowledge standards with challenges like rapid skill growth, measurable outcomes, and flexible learning. Partnering with Learnship since 2012, Cognizant used Learnship Solo for business English, emphasizing language skills with speech recognition and multimedia. Consistent progress was seen with 42% advancing levels, supported by clear goals. The successful digital program aimed to expand organization-wide for enhanced English proficiency, addressing global communication effectively.
SILVER MEDAL FOR FORTINET
BEST PROGRAM FOR UPSKILLING EMPLOYEES
Fortinet, the global cybersecurity leader based in California, prioritizes employee development through its Training Advancement Agenda and Fortinet NSE Training Institute. Addressing trilingual communication needs (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) in Latin American and Caribbean operations, Fortinet partnered with Learnship. Solo and Elevate programs facilitated language enhancement, achieving high participation rates, surpassing attendance goals, and garnering positive feedback on practical language skills. With confirmed effectiveness from managers, Fortinet’s commitment to growth is showcased by plans for expansion and language addition, highlighting the impactful partnership with Learnship on language proficiency and business interactions.
SILVER MEDAL FOR SALESFORCE
BEST ADVANCE IN CREATING A LEARNING STRATEGY
Salesforce, the leading CRM platform operating globally, faces language and geographical communication challenges due to its diverse workforce and evolving work formats. To address this, Salesforce introduced the CommPetent program in 2021 for its Technology, Marketing, and Product (TMP) department. This program utilizes the Learnship Solo Platinum platform and the Language Coach program, offering self-paced e-learning, virtual group sessions, and 1:1 Business English Coach sessions to improve communication skills. The program’s consistent success, awarded for the third year in a row, underscores its potential for global expansion, showcasing Salesforce’s commitment to employee growth and collaboration with Learnship.
