As an American multinational technology company with offices in 37 countries, Cognizant is committed to building a talented and diverse workforce to serve clients globally.

As part of their effort to transition from 100% instructor-led language training to a personalized self-learning English language capability development opportunity, Cognizant partnered with Learnship.

Together we launched a blended program giving Cognizant employees access to the Learnship Solo language learning platform, paired with Learning Champions from Cognizant DBO Academy to provide regular guidance, insights, recommendations, and practice sessions.

Both the learners and their supervisors credited the program in enhancing the quality of business communications skills, with a significant increase in Business English proficiency.

NTT DATA is a top 10 global IT services provider headquartered in Tokyo offering an advanced portfolio of consulting, application, business process, cloud, and infrastructure services to businesses and governments worldwide.

To build effective multinational bridges between NTT DATA employees across countries and diverse cultures, the company worked with their teams to put together group language courses and a series of talent community activities eliciting cross-national team development.

NTT DATA adopted Elevate, Learnship’s trainer-led language courses, enabling employees and trainers to work together in a virtual classroom using a communicative approach to language acquisition.

The NTT DATA program proved to be a highly effective initiative, with an average attendance rate of 82% among participants of group courses, a satisfaction rate of 4 out of 5 stars, and virtually all learners eager to continue their training with Learnship.

Salesforce is a leading customer relationship management solution provider headquartered in San Francisco with four regional headquarters across the globe. The company is committed to empowering its employees through a continuous learning environment at every stage of their career journey.

To prepare the future leaders within Technology, Marketing, and Product teams, Salesforce launched its CommPetence program designed to improve communication skills across geographies. As part of this global initiative, Salesforce partnered with Learnship to give its employees access to the Learnship Solo language learning platform, paired with individual coach-led virtual sessions.

More than 90% of learners said their language learning program had enhanced their business communication skills, and trainer-led sessions received a 5/5 rating. Based on the tangible results from learners and feedback from their line managers, Salesforce has extended the program with courses for senior-level managers.
