A comprehensive education, pedagogic aptitude, previous teaching experience, a positive attitude, charisma and, above all, a love of teaching, are the essential requirements for employment with Learnship. In addition, all Learnship instructors complete a comprehensive initial training and orientation program, as well as participating in continuing professional development at the Learnship Academy.
